At the TP-Link Tapo Store, we strive for your total satisfaction with our smart home ecosystem. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your devices in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the Tapo devices you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare the Package

    Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all power adapters, mounting kits, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  • 3.
    Ship the Product

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technical team inspects the hardware to verify its condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
